Mission statement
Angels in IT Limited aim is to be our customers' first choice in the provision of IT services within the London area. By supplying a full range of high quality IT services for both Residential and Business customers we shall provide cost effective solutions to satisfy ALL our customer needs.

Angels in IT Limited provides a full range of IT services. The IT services we provide are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The customer must agree the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service listed below before any IT services can commence or be booked.

Our Price Promise
We make it our business to be honest and straight forward with our customers. We do not normally charge for more than 1 hour's on-site IT visit unless more time is genuinely needed, or parts have to be ordered or even the fact we ourselves need to research your computer problem further and get back to you the customer. If we can not fix your computer problem within the initial 1 hour pre-booked time slot then it is probably not an easy fix. Our IT specialist will explain in full if further action is required. We are not in the habit of wasting your time and money nor ours.

Prices for our IT services
Residential Customers Pre-booked appointment during normal office hours
£35 per hour

Normal Office hours are - 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat - Sunday CLOSED!
Out of hours Emergency Call Out charges £50 per hour

Business Customers Pre-booked appointment during normal office hours
£45 per hour

Normal Office hours are - 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat - Sunday CLOSED!
Out of hours Emergency Call Out charge £60 per hour

The actual pricing of our IT Services depends on the type of computer problem you are faced with. All prices quoted above are excluding VAT and parts. Estimates may be given over the telephone and a small surcharge may apply to cover travelling costs.  TELEPHONE 020 8889-2298

Payment Methods
We accept cash and cheques or BACs payment, direct debit and standing orders for Businesses. We also accept All major Credit and Debit card payments using a PayPal payment option which is now set-up on our website for cutomers to pay on-line. Residential computer customers please note that if a cheque is written out with a companies name then we will have to charge you for the IT services provided at our business computer user's hourly rate. We do not accept post dated cheques. A valid cheque guaranteed card is required along with valid passport and/or driving license for payments made by cheque.

We accept payment with these cards - All Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards accepted!

In the event of non-payment, default or dishonoured cheques Angels in IT Limited will charge interest at the rate of 15 percent per annum from the date of the invoice up to and including the date payment is made in full. Angels in IT Limited will take the necessary legal steps to recover any finance owed for our IT services provided from both residential and business computer users.

Liability
With the kind of face to face business we do here at Angels in IT Limited, we expect all of our employees and customers alike to be treated with dignity and respect whilst they carry out their work. The health and safety of our employees and customers is paramount to our business.

All our customers must make sure that they have a proper back-up of ALL their data files from their computers hard disk before our IT Specialist attends a scheduled on-site IT visit. Angels in IT Limited and employees will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of data under any circumstances. We will accept no liability for any viruses found on the customer's computer before or after our IT visit.

Upon arrival at your premises our IT specialist will show you their identification badge verifying who they are and a telephone number is on this badge for you to call us to double check with our company. An adult of at least 18 years of age or over must be present during the entire period that our IT specialist attends a customer's premise. Please have children and pets under supervision while our IT specialist is there otherwise they will not be able to fix your computer problem.

The IT services provided by us are guaranteed for up to 30 days. Therefore if you think that the same problem has occurred; you will need to contact us within this time period of 30 days for us to carry out extra IT work to remedy it for you and it will be at no additional costs to you.

Third Party Liability
We shall except no liability what so ever for customers who click on to other websites linked through our Angels in IT website. If a problem arises you will need to contact the third party website for assistance and not Angels in IT Limited.

Your right to cancel an appointment
After booking an appointment if you decide you no longer wish to avail in our IT services, you must advise us no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pre-booked on-site IT visit. We reserve the right to charge and invoice you if you cancel with less than 2 hours notice. You are very welcome to re-arrange an appointment as long as we have had more than 2 hours notice.

No Fix No Fee Policy
  • The 'no fix no fee' policy applies only to our residential computer users. The 'no fix no fee' policy does NOT apply to our business computer users. Business computer users have far more IT issues and can be complicated due to a network system.
  • 9 out of 10 computer problems can normally be resolved quite swiftly. In the unlikely event that our IT specialist can not fix the problem, he or she will give the customer a solution to the computer problem. The customer can choose not to take on board the solution offered. However the customer will be charged and invoiced for the pre-booked on-site IT visit only.
  • If our IT specialist is prevented from fixing a customer's computer problem due to the customer not having the right software disks or software licenses then the customer will be charged and invoiced for the pre-booked on-site IT visit only.
  • For all other computer related problems arising such as a bad internet service provider service diagnosed by our IT specialist then the customer will be charged and invoiced for the pre-booked on-site IT visit only. We will be happy to demonstrate the fault to you and/or your ISP in order to get your ISP working.
Products Guarantee
All computer parts supplied by us will be covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers will offer a longer warranty but you will need to contact them directly for prices.
