Angels in IT Limited will maintain information pertaining to yourself, and with which you are associated, on our secured systems. You may request at any time a full report of any information that we hold on you. Should you not wish this information to be held on our systems you may request its removal at any time by contacting us in writing or by e-mail at info@angelsinit.co.uk.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the security of our systems we take no responsibility in the event of any illegal access to our systems arising through circumstances beyond our control.
Third-Parties
Angels in IT Limited will never pass on any of the information we hold on you (including e-mail addresses, other contact information and personal data) to a third-party company without your written consent. We will always contact you for your consent prior to any such action.
Unsolicited E-mails
Angels in IT Limited will not send you newsletters or unsolicited e-mails unless you have agreed that you wish to receive them. Any other e-mails we may send you, if unwanted, will stop when you specify in writing that you do not wish to receive further e-mail communications from us.
Customer Confidentiality
Angels in IT Limited will maintain our customer's confidentiality. However we reserve the right to refuse our IT services for any reason in particular if the customer's computer uses unlicensed or illegal software. Our IT services will cease if the customer's computer is found to have any type of pornographic or dangerous material on it. If for any reason our IT service has been ceased by us, you will still be charged and invoiced for an hourly rate for our IT Specialist attending on-site.
We reserve the right at Angels in IT Limited to report child pornographic materials found on a customer's computer to the relevant authorities.
